Warping
It begins with warping, where yarn is loaded onto the creel and wound into large beams that form the foundation of every blanket.

Raschel Fabric Making
Beams are fitted onto Raschel machines, where the yarn becomes our signature cloudy blanket fabric.

Careful Transfer
Fabric moves between departments on trolleys, staying clean and protected throughout.

Printing and Stenter Setting
Our designs are printed onto the fabric, then the stenter machine sets each blanket to the perfect size and finish.

Polishing
Polishers lift the pile to create the soft sheen and velvety touch of our luxury blankets.

Stitching, Quality Control and Packing
Every blanket gets its border and stitching, passes quality control and is packed with care.
